1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when we work together. “We” and “us” means Zaedno., a design studio based in Macedonia; “you” means you, or the business you represent.
Every project is also agreed in a written brief and quote. If anything in the brief or quote differs from these terms, the brief and quote win for that project.
2. Using this website
You're welcome to browse and get in touch. Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it, or use the contact form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful.
3. Our content
The text, design, logos and work shown on this site belong to Zaedno. or to our clients, and are shown with permission. Please don't copy, reuse or republish them without asking us first.
4. Packages, briefs and quotes
The packages on this site are suggestions to help you picture a scope. The starting prices on our breakdown page are a guide for a typical scope, not an offer or a contract; the price for your project is the one in your written quote.
A project starts with a call, then a written brief, then a quote based on it. The project is agreed once you accept the quote in writing (email is fine). Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
5. Payment
Work starts once the brief is agreed and the first part of the quote is paid. The rest is due on delivery, and larger projects are split into milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
Final files and usage rights are handed over once the project is paid in full.
Founding-client pricing. Our first five clients get 30% off the listed starting price of one package each. It applies only when your quote says so, and in return you agree to give us a short testimonial and to let us show the finished work in our portfolio once it is public. On monthly plans, the founding discount is 30% for the first three months, 20% for months four to six and 10% for months seven to nine, then the listed price applies.
Monthly plans. Monthly plans have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Each month's volume is capped and unused posts don't roll over. Your monthly price is held for 12 months from the day your plan starts.
6. Revisions and changes
Each project includes the number of review rounds agreed in the brief. Extra rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted separately before we do them, so there are no surprises.
7. Timelines and your part
We'll give you a realistic timeline in the quote and tell you early if anything changes. Timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals and materials from your side; if those arrive late, the schedule moves with them.
8. Who owns the work
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables listed in the brief, and we transfer the rights you need to use them as agreed.
Sketches, drafts and concepts you didn't choose stay ours. We may keep copies of the files for our records.
9. Materials you give us
When you send us logos, photos, text or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that we may use it for your project.
10. Fonts, images and other licences
Some fonts, stock images, music and software need their own licences. We'll tell you when something needs one; unless the quote says otherwise, buying and keeping those licences is your responsibility. Licences we hold for our own work don't transfer to you.
11. Showing our work
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media, after it has been made public. If you need it kept private, tell us before the project starts and we'll agree that in writing, for example with an NDA.
12. Confidentiality
We keep anything you share with us that isn't public confidential, and only use it for your project.
13. Cancelling a project
Either of us can end a project by telling the other in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point; the first payment covers our booked time and isn't refundable once work has started.
14. Print, packaging and large-format files
For print, packaging and large-format work, we design and deliver export-ready, print-ready files, set up to the specifications you or your printer give us. We don't print or arrange printing: choosing the printer, ordering, and checking and approving the printer's proof are between you and your printer. Colours can vary slightly between screens, papers and printers.
15. Liability
We do our work with care, but this website is provided as it is, and we can't guarantee it's always available, complete or error-free.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
16. Links to other sites
We link to other sites such as Calendly, LinkedIn and Instagram. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
17. Communication in writing
You agree that emails count as writing for approvals, notices and acceptance of quotes.
18. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to. Working together doesn't make us partners, employees or agents of each other.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Macedonia, and its courts deal with any dispute we can't settle by talking.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms that applied when you accepted a quote stay in place for that project.
